Refund, Return & Cancellation Policy

  • We will provide instructions and confirm the return address.

Refunds

  • Our refund policy is valid for 30 days from the date the item was shipped. If 30 days have passed, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email about the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be issued to your original payment method within a few days.

Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be canceled within 24 hours from the time of purchase on the same day.
  • A 1.5% processing fee (based on the total order value) will be applied to all cancellations.
  • If you wish to exchange an item, please contact our support team via email within 24 hours of placing your order.
